The following oral histories were recorded by a team of community volunteers who were first time interviewers. They gathered stories from fellow community members ranging from 21 to 90 in age. Those sharing their stories included people who have moved to Scotland from other parts of the world and people who were born in Scotland and have lived amidst its changing cultural landscape.

The sound quality of the recordings has been reduced significantly to make them accessible online. Full quality versions of the recordings are stored at the WSREC office.
